Find Out What Students Are Being Taught: Broward Right to Life is joining with SafeEdK-12 to reveal how sex-ed materials used in public schools are inappropriate, harmful, and in violation of Florida state statutes. A special local meeting on Jan. 5, featuring Bev Kilmer, president and CEO of SafeEdK-12, and a former Florida legislator, will provide detailed information about what is being taught to children--starting in kindergarten-and what local citizens can do.

Public School Sex-Ed Violates State Law, Steals Innocence
Did you know that the “Family Life and Human Sexuality” curriculum in Broward County Public Schools calls for teaching children in kindergarten through 3rd grade the names of male and female genitalia with diagrams?
Did you know that fourth graders are taught that one’s “sex” is different than one’s “sexuality”, which is defined as “how a person feels about him or herself, what they feel about being male or female"? "Web of Deceit" Most parents think, “My kid’s school is fine. There may be problems in other schools, but my kid’s school is OK.” Don’t be deceived. Bev Kilmer of the SafeEdK-12 Task Force, part of the Freedom Speaks Coalition, says there is a “web of deceit” in Florida’s public school sex education programs. The SafeEdK-12 Task Force has found numerous examples of material in the “comprehensive sexuality education” programs used in Florida public schools that are inappropriate and harmful; and they violate Florida state statutes. Bev Kilmer of the SafeEdK-12 Task Force says there is a “web of deceit” in Florida’s public school sex education programs. Therefore, SafeEdK-12 prepared a comprehensive report documenting this offensive content and sent it directly to the Florida Commissioner of Education, Richard Corcoran, on September 19, 2020. To this date, he has not responded to their request that the sexuality education

instruction currently used in all Florida school districts be suspended pending a review of these programs by the Florida Department of Education.
Without that review to determine how these materials line up with Florida statutes, Florida’s children--and possibly your children or grandchildren--will continue to be exposed to pornographic and obscene materials and LGBT indoctrination under the cover of “comprehensive sexuality education.” Info Meeting on Jan. 6 Want to do something about this?
